Half Day (4 hours) $700.00 per party ($250.00 per hour per party if exceed 4 hours)
Full Day (8 hours) $1,500.00 per party ($250.00 per hour per party if exceed 8 hours)
Arbitration
$250 per hour per party
Arbitration for 4 hours: $3,000.00 (total) $2,000 for 4 hours total plus 2 hours for rendition of $1,000.00. Split between parties at $1,500.00 each.
Arbitration for 8 hours: $5,000.00 (total) $4,000 for 8 hours total plus 2 hours for rendition of $1,000.00. Split between parties at $2,500.00 each.

Additional Information Regarding Fees and Expenses
The Mediator’s shall be paid in advance of each mediation.
The Arbitrator’s fee shall be paid in advance of the arbitration by a retainer to be agreed upon by the parties. The expenses of witnesses for either side shall be paid by the party producing such witnesses.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, zelle, money order, cashier’s check, or a check on an attorney operating account. For payments using zelle, please use the email address akfranklin@gmail.com. Please make money orders, cashier’s checks, and attorney checks payable to Alicia Franklin York.
Cancellation fees apply as per the policy that will be provided within the confirmation letter. However, a cancellation or rescheduling of mediation within 1 business day or less prior to the scheduled mediation will result in 100% of requested fee to be charged as a late fee.
